This voucher is non-refundable.
The gift voucher contains a unique identification code and can only be purchased once. It cannot be exchanged for cash. If the voucher is lost, it will be reissued. The voucher is non-transferable.
The gift voucher may only be redeemed for the offer or service specified on the voucher and cannot be used at other hotel outlets or for any other services.
The original gift voucher must be presented upon arrival. Photocopies will not be accepted. Advance reservations are required and are subject to availability. Cancellation of a reservation may result in the voucher becoming invalid. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
